Mark Dawkins, MD

Dr. Mark Dawkins is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Chemical Engineering and earned his medical degree with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. After completing his residency in dermatology at Wake Forest University, he returned to Oklahoma in 1998 to begin practicing at the Integris Baptist Hospital campus.

In 2008, Dr. Dawkins founded Dawkins Dermatology Associates. His clinical interests include skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, and psoriasis. Dr. Dawkins was recently named an Oklahoma Super Doctor® for his patient care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, reading good books, and playing golf.

 

Sunita Crittenden, MD

Dr. Sunita Crittenden is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.  She was born and raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma.  She graduated from Rice University with a degree in Bioengineering and earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.  Dr. Crittenden completed her residency training at the University of Louisville in 2013 and was in private practice in Louisville, Kentucky for 3 years prior to moving back to Oklahoma.  She joined Dawkins Dermatology in 2017.

Dr. Crittenden enjoys treating a variety of dermatologic conditions and educating patients about their skin.  Her clinical interests include autoimmune connective tissue diseases such as lupus and dermatomyositis as well as diagnosing skin cancer and treating acne.  When she is not at work, Dr. Crittenden loves spending time with her husband and three children as well as baking and playing bridge.

 

Kelly J. Walworth, PA-C

kellyKelly grew up in Minnesota and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, Norman. She attended the OU Physician Associate Program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and received her Master of Science degree from the College of Medicine in 2002. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed to practice in Oklahoma by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. After working two years at Advanced Dermatology in St. Joseph, MI, Kelly returned to Oklahoma in 2005 and has been at Dawkins Dermatology since that time.

Kelly enjoys educating patients about their medical dermatology conditions. Her special clinical interests include cutaneous malignancy, psoriasis, and adult and teenage acne. Kelly and her husband live in Edmond where they love spending time with their three young children and dog.

 

Jordan Hintze, PA-C, MHS

Jordan graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2009. He then attended the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa where he earned his Master’s of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies in December 2012. Jordan earned the Dean’s Academic Award at the conclusion of his PA program for excelling in his studies/training. He participated in a dermatology elective rotation, and later in a dermatology externship prior to graduating. Jordan began practicing dermatology in January 2013 with Dawkins Dermatology. During his tenure at Dawkins Dermatology, Jordan has maintained ongoing dermatological training by attending numerous dermatology conferences and training seminars. He is a Fellow member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

In his private life, Jordan is married to his sweetheart, Sonja since May 2009, and they have a son that keeps them on their toes. Jordan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing guitar, traveling, playing golf, and volunteering at his church.

 

Brenda Livingston, RN BSN CPSN

Brenda grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania. After receiving her Associate degree as an RN in Harrisburg, PA she became an operating room specialist. In 1992 Brenda, along with her family, moved to OK. Brenda joined Dr Roy L Forsythe’s plastic surgery practice. In 1996 Brenda became certified as a plastic surgery nurse. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Bartlesville Wesleyan University in 2002. Brenda has been a speaker for various conferences, including ASPSN and DNA. Brenda serves as a faculty member with Aesthetic Advancements, Inc., where she trains on injection techniques. She is also an injector trainer with Galderma. Brenda joined Dawkins Dermatology practice in 2008 as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. Brenda developed Beauty & Aesthetics for patients seeking cosmetic treatments. Aesthetic treatments include dermal fillers, botox and dysport, skin care, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, and laser.
